Got a Valpero code from AppSumo, a partner bundle, or one of our launch promos? Here's how to attach it to your account.
What you get
A lifetime code unlocks the Pro Lifetime plan — same Pro features, no recurring charges, ever:
- 25 monitors
- 30-second checks
- All 10 probe regions
- SMS / WhatsApp / on-call rotations
- PDF SLA reports, custom-domain status pages
The code is one-shot — once redeemed, it's burned.
Step 1 — Sign in (or create an account)
If you already have a Valpero account, just sign in. If not:
- Open https://valpero.com/dashboard
- Click Sign up (free, no card needed).
- Verify your email.
Use the same email you'd like the lifetime plan attached to.
Step 2 — Open the redeem page
Go to https://valpero.com/upgrade/lifetime.
If your email already arrived with a magic link like
/upgrade/lifetime?code=VLP-XXX, the code is pre-filled.
Step 3 — Paste the code, click Activate
Codes look like VLP-LT-XXXXXX (uppercase, dashes). The form is case-
insensitive — paste as-is.
After clicking Activate Pro Lifetime:
- Your plan switches to Pro Lifetime immediately.
- Existing monitors keep running — they just gain Pro features.
- Your subscription page shows "Lifetime — never expires."
Common questions
I'm already on a paid Pro/Business subscription. You can still redeem — your subscription is cancelled (no refund prorated; please contact support if you want one) and the account moves to Lifetime.
The code says "Already redeemed." Each code is single-use. If you bought multiple from a stack deal, you can either redeem each on a separate account or contact support — we can manually merge.
The code says "Not found." Type it carefully — uppercase, no spaces. If it still fails, email support@valpero.com with the marketplace order number.
Can I transfer the lifetime to another account later? One transfer is fine — email support and we'll move it.
Limits to know
Lifetime gives Pro features in perpetuity, but:
- We may add higher tiers in the future (e.g. enterprise SSO, SLA guarantees) — those would be separate add-ons, not silently included.
- Plan limits (25 monitors etc.) are the same as paid Pro at the time of redemption. If we raise them later you get the upgrade for free.
- Refunds follow the marketplace's policy (typically 60 days on AppSumo).
